Went to drop off the trailer at the agreed time and no one was around to help jack the trailer off the truck. The person who answered the phone said just to lift the trailer with my own strength. I was not given the proper tool, a jack, to help lift the trailer off the truck. I was told to wait an hour for someone to show up.

Janice LStaff got defensive when I complained about not being helped to remove my vehicle from tow dolly. Not the kind of customer service response that you expect to receive. Instead they flip the switch back onto you. They would rather refuse to serve than to serve if they find you difficult. I am not being paid to serve. I am paying to be served.
