Staff got defensive when I complained about not being helped to remove my vehicle from tow dolly. Not the kind of customer service response that you expect to receive. Instead they flip the switch back onto you. They would rather refuse to serve than to serve if they find you difficult. I am not being paid to serve. I am paying to be served.
