Absolutely terrible. No one was there as I was told, I had to wait an hour and a half standing at Chicago and Austin to get some support from the general line. The regional manager, Jaime, ended up calling me 1.5 hours later and then I had to process the truck. Once I opened the truck, a whole bag of cement was ripped open and strewn across the floor. We had to clean it ourselves which got into our lungs since we had no equipment to CLEAN CEMENT. It ruined a lot of our furniture. I am furious. I expect compensation and am STILL waiting to be called back in regard to the multiple issues. I also lost money on having my movers be standing around for an hour as they waited for me to pick up my truck. Never want to use U-Haul again. Call me back and resolve this issue: 708-715-1864.

The wrong key was in the lock box which made picking up the truck go from very simple and fast to very annoying and slow
Lily GAfter waiting an hour outside, I found another place to drop off the truck. Location was locked, no pass codes were given, there was nowhere to park. Awful.
