The filter change, needs no improvement, service was outstanding, gave me such the personal and best service !!! Super understanding on my needs and helped me pick the right trailer and was fast and made sure all was taken care !!! Super great place, best place I've ever rented a uhaul for yet !!!

Even when reserving a month ahead the pickup location was changed twice at the last minute told AC was working drive a block, NOT WORKING turn around back to location, had to call around for another truck an hour and a half later no truck wanted a 15ft, ended up with a 26ft seemed to run ok half way through the trip light on dash started flashing but made it my location wrong return address on paperwork another hour driving up & down street to find the place finally found!! Will I use you again differently NOT. Recommend you differently NOT.
Carolyn BThe Filter Change U-Haul was perfectly fine. The Havasu locations are where my complaint come into play. Booking a vehicle over one week ahead should secure you a vehicle on your pickup date. Not be redirected a day before pickup and then on pickup day, the customer receives a notification the there are no vehicles for you at all. But then offer you to drive 30+ miles 1-way to pickup a truck. My wife and I have rented vehicles with U-Haul many times in our 38 years of marriage, and this was by-far the worst ever. The inconvenience we were put in is unexplainable. Very poor business practices. Then after making these huge blunders, I was offered 3 additional days. I don’t have or need additional days because when I make plans or arrangements, I stick to then. Your company has really made this the worse experience we have had in again. Alan CI made the reservation on 3/17/25 for 3/28/25 and still didn't have a trailer on the morning of the 28th. I had to travel to Needles Ca to pick up the trailer. There were two trailers sitting less than a mile away. This was the biggest goat ropes I have ever experienced. At drop off they charged me $16.09 for cleaning, what a joke.
