Fix the barcode located in location window as it doesn’t scan and errors, Fix location issues because it took me over an hour into my reservation time to get access to the truck I rented with help from a uhaul agent, fix 24/7 pick up boxes as it is extremely difficult to open the lock once the code is entered, also the radio in the truck did not work. I filed a complaint and have yet to hear back. I called and was told that Mr Tobias left me a vm regarding the issues which was not true. I never got a call or voice mail from anyone at or representing uhaul or the floor coliseum
