We did not receive our moving blankets as requested and paid for.
Reynaldo GVehicle smelled lime a chicken coop, only drive side window worked and rear view mirrors where defective on that unit. Also this was not the location I primarily chose, a customer service employee reached out to me to change location and promised me to add an extra 24 free miles to my trip as it was further from chosen location and was never given the free extra 24 miles and charged for mileage after dropoff.

John MI was told it’d be cheaper to return to the site and if no one was there I could leave the truck. That’s what I did then I was charged $20 after hours fee. If I knew there would be a fee I wouldn’t have returned the truck overnight.

I talked with the owner and texted with him on a few other questions, and he was very helpful as well. I have plans to rent a trailer again in a few months and will definitely do all I can to return to this same location. Highly recommend!

Jose FI was sent to the location due to them not having the truck available. When I got there I called the # on the door and the rep had an Attitude saying he didn't work on Sundays and to call haul. I had to call 3 times to be able to get setup to pick up the truck. The ap was not working they had to text me the link. The truck was parked to close to the building and I had to move it back and forth to have enough room to turn it to get it out of the parking spot. I was highly disappointed in the whole situation.

Larry WI was quoted $89, which was paid when picking up vehicle. It was returned next day on time, a week later y'all tried to charge $106 more to my credit card. The next week tried to charge $81 to my card. Both were declined. I was told a certain price I paid that price I'm not sure why they're trying to take more money out
