Pick-up and drop-off of the truck was easy enough through the mobile app. However the requested/reserved moving dolly was not in the truck at pick-up which resulted in us having to purchase one elsewhere at additional cost. When we mentioned this at drop-off we were told the charge for the dolly would be taken off. When the receipt was paid the dolly charge was not removed and we had to call customer service to have that taken care of.
