The lady there was great and very patient. However please make sure customers are made aware of when the location is switched. I wasnt told and only found out a few minutes before when the reservation was for and it was inconvenient.

JULIE MThe location is not the problem that I have today the problem that I have today is with U-Haul itself because you all wanted to when I return the truck one day charge me and send me a final receipt then 4 days later now want to try to charge me more on top of what I already paid so that is the issue I don't recommend you all for anybody graphic pros yes U-Haul absolutely not they are just apparently just keep ripping everybody off because nobody pays that close attention to their charges I guess and now apparently you don't even get free Miles when you went from U-Haul makes no sense who would want to do that when you have to pay 99 cents a mile plus freaking gas making sure the truck is full and if you don't they charge you $14 a gallon talk about ripoff
WILLIAM TConsider having a couple more hitch options for sale. I didn't have my drop hitch with me. The standard hitch worked until I was able to switch it out with my drop hitch.

JON SI used an auto transport. The website said the vehicle I was hauling would for on it when in fact it did not. I paid for something I didn't get to use. Probably won't ever go through U haul again

GAROLD LEverything went well and we had no problems. The only thing I would say is it was WAY too pricey. In no universe should it cost a hundred and fifty bucks for a truck for two days to move yourself literally a half mile down the road. I didn't even drive the thing for 10 total miles, for pity's sake. And I was never even asked whether I actually wanted the insurance or whether my own insurance would cover it. Also, every single charge should NOT apply for both days. It was excessive and not everyone does most if any of these things, so I am dissatisfied with the charging. Everything else was great, except for that.

Lori AThe electronic communication was somewhat stifling in the office at the terminal I was dealing with. The computer crashed twice while I was there, so the operator had to do everything by writing it down himself. It just wasted time for customers. In this day and age, one would think a computer system containing as much information as this company has could be updated to where it wouldn't crash so often when used. With the exception of the computer, everything else was great. The man even helped connect the trailer to my truck. Her was very pleasant.

Monte WThe staff got into a verbal altercation with a customer that was highly unwarranted and very unprofessional. This customer reported the truck had to be jump-started three times. This truck was still rented to me and they said if we had any problems they'd come get us. The truck stalled and they said they couldn't help us and to call roadside assistsnce. Roadside assistance couldn't get us help for an hour. Unacceptable. We called the store again and advised we would be abandoning the vehicle. Magically, they were then able to assist us, came right away, jumpstarted the truck. I have never. In my life experienced such a ridiculous, methamphetamine fuled, garbage customer service experience in my life. The only redeaming action was that of the gentleman that came in his own personal vehicle to save us. The husband wife team? Stupid, rude and have no business running a business.
