Wasn't the original place on contract for drop off that place was closed or out of business Had to find a uhaul dealer that was close by to do return . Another reason Im getting fed up with UHaul may look for another rental company in future.

Go out of business, if you don't clean up your act . Really , a quarter tank of gas?, so I fill it up past a quarter, do you credit me the gas past a quarter? Smells like a scam to me, really bad experience for a already tough move, we're done , I'm going to roast you on the review site

If you do the entire transaction online you should not have to redo everything at check-in. This is especially true for someone that has an account and a positive and successful record of your rental products.

However, I had a horrible experience. Dealing with UHaul with my original dropped off point(Does Not Exists). I had to drop off at another location. The Hay Place in DeLeon Springs. Transportation to get back home cost me 20.00 extra, which would not of happen if the original drop off point was useable . Will warn family and friends to verify location of drop off prior to hiring UHaul. It does make a difference in my decision in my case.

Very inviting. Walked out to greet me when I pulled up. Problem with Uhaul..not location. The manager for the area called me at 7:30 am and told me to drop off the truck at a specific location though I was going to drop it off at a closer spot. I got to the hardware store and was told there was noone there to receive it and I'd have to wait 45 min or more. I told her I could not wait because I had someone picking me up and chose to drive to the original place I was going to. When I got there I found out Uhaul customer service had not changed the gas tank miles like they were supposed to because they put the wrong that the tank was Fuller than it was. I was assured it would be fixed and it wasn't. This was the third time I was delayed due to errors on Uhauls behalf and had other people waiting for me. Was disappointing

Explain the conditions and cost a little more thoroughly. For instance, the person who I rented the trailer to me said it was 30.00 a day, but when I got the bill it was 80 dollars.
