Reservation had to be altered because of truck availability. Paper trail of communication leading to an agreeable resolution was confusing.
Peter SSince it's not exclusively a U-Haul business, it's understandable that the owners have other business they must attend to. We were fine with that since there was no move convenient place to get a truck.
Vincent RThe trailer I requested was in a Motor Sports shop east of Ellsworth Me. This was not the original location for pick up. But at least it was here. But then the agent told me that (the night before) this motor cycle trailer was no longer available as a “one way” trailer and I would have to drive to Searsport Me. This put way back in my schedule. On top of that UHaul attempted to add a $70.00 insurance fee which I had declined. This type of service is just unacceptable and how poorly organized the company is.

ARI WI had the truck for 24 hours and I was charged three days. I don’t think 72 hours is one day but maybe if Trump might’ve changed it I don’t know. I don’t know yet cause I’m paying attention but I would definitely.

Adam MWe returned at night, and the store was not open. The app led us through the steps, which was ok but makes me nervous. The lock box/key drop was not easily located in the dark. I did eventually find it. That made me anxious. I could not find a description of the location of the key drop on the website. The parking area was well lit ,and that, at least, was comforting.
Anne GVendor is in a Marijuana dispensary. You can't rent without being exposed to the smell and Marijuana paraphernalia.
