Diane RWas supposed to drop off at Chipley Hardware. When I arrived at Chipley Hardware, they said they no longer handle U-Haul. No notification of the change. Took a long time to return to a different location.

Rondal CI dropped off after hours but the key drop box was easily located and the area was well lit. When I checked my email this morning at 7:30am the return had already been processed and the receipt was available.
Michael MEverything went great except the return of my deposit. U haul can immediately take your money, but do not immediately return your deposit. In this day of electronic deposits, there should be no delay in returning a deposit.

Peggy ECheck and take pictures of fuel gauge before letting the customer drive away. The truck's fuel was not full when we took at and we were charged $25 for 5 gallons of gas but only drove twenty three miles. The math doesn't add up. The truck was empty for 13 of those miles. I believe we wre totally ripped off.

James BStaff was helpful and accompanied me on a exterior inspection of the vehicle, updating visual damage to the truck.. However, the A/C was overlooked and was inoperable which made it an uncomfortable moving experience in the heat of the day. Side note: I was very disappointed that I had to drive over an hour to pick up the equipment after reserving it 3 weeks prior at a location near my house in enterprise. This was a major inconvenience to my moving plans and I wasn't notified of the change until late the night before. I'm not sure if this was an oversight by the field manager or if they gave my reservation away to another customer. Overall, I'm very disappointed with how the company handled it with such short notice without even a phone call.
Dillon KU-Haul rep at the drop off site was also efficient and helpful. Following her post rental inspection, she made the process very easy.
