I had issues trying to pick up the truck and was over 2 hours delayed with pickup because the app was not working and the 3rd party location was closed. Additionally when dropping off the truck the app was not working and I was contacted 48 hours later asking for the truck to be returned. I informed the caller the truck was returned within 5 hours of leaving the rental location and returned the same day.
