LAURA JIt was very difficult being able to get access to your truck. It took over an hour on the phone with support the website and the app have problems with my android device although we were able to get the vehicle and get the situation resolved. This delay through us back two hours that I had to pay my guys just because they were idol
William MThis location is a self-service return pick-up/return location (at least if after business hours), and it is easy to find and easy to park. I had trouble with the u-haul app, and I was not able to use the "return" truck feature on the app. Instead, I simply locked the truck and left the key in the drop box. Very easy, except for the time I wasted messing with the app...

VICTORIA DWe rented a dolly with the uhaul, but it never came with one. We really needed it, but we overcame and found a solution. My suggestion would be to not add services if it can't be provided at pickup. Uhaul refunded the cost of the dolly. I will still use uhaul in the future.
BREXSON KWe were told to pick up the truck at 8 AM when we arrived. We waited until 930 and then called the U-Haul office and they informed us that we could use the dropbox key to get the key to the truck. No one ever informed me it was an hour and a half wait of nonsense. The inside of the truck was very dirty. We had no issues with the truck driving to Florida.
GUY LThe vehicle could be cleaned. There was dog hair and melted candy in the cab. The storage area in back had not been swept and had something brown that had dried which I cleaned up. Penske had a rat turd a few years ago in a rental so don’t feel too bad! We took photos once we were able to get the lockbox open. The lady from U-Haul, Kenyatta(?), was helpful to us and very friendly in trying to figure out a technical issue.
John CI ordered a truck at a location near my home and the day before pick up got a call moving me to a second location 20 minutes away, then the morning of pick up I get a call that they made another mistake and had to move my reservation a third time another 20 minutes away. This caused us to start our move 2 hours late and cost us more in mileage.

James CTook 2.5 hours to pickup the van. I lost over $450 paying staff while because of their error.
Roger EThere was no one there to help and when we called we ended up leaving a message that was never returned.. Our truck was sitting there unlocked with the keys in it so we took it and left. We weren't able to check-in until about an hour later. Until then, we stole it. :-)
James KThe check in at a unattended facility was difficult and took the better part of an hour to get help from the help line as the online check in process asked for us to scan a passport and have an employer they could contact which is a problem when you are retired. I will never use this service again.

Brian SVery difficult to obtain vehicle key and removal instructions. No one available representing company on premises. Online reservation steps to obtain lengthy/difficult. My reservation for vehicle was for 10:30am. Was not able to operate/obtain till 11:35am. I will never rent online again.
Michael MKellin was awesome! I was having difficulty with the UHaul app, and Kellin stepped in to offer his assistance, on-site, to get me on my way. Without him, my experience would have been different. He saved the day. Thanks Kellin!
