Difficult getting in and out of location. Drop off site was inconvenient..too far away. Not the preferred drop off site.

SONYA MHours were not what was on the Uhaul website when drop off location was selected. Hour change notification was taped to door on site. Drove out of my way to return to this location due to the hours and still had to do an after hours drop off through the app.

Shenita LThe lady was very nice and quick to get the paperwork done and once the trailer was connected to the car, she helped me check tht all of the lights were working. It would have been helpful to know in advance - I don't know that she knew - that the Uhaul app was required for returning the equipment...this also may have been in one of the five emails I received after picking the trailer up, but by that point I was mostly focused on getting the trailer home to load abd begin our trip to see the grandkids for Christmas.

BUDDY WNo did not inform me of gas measurements not adding up to what was projected. Laughed when I informed him why I attempted to return unit prior to leaving but metreville attendant stated store was closed. Lack of customer but customer charged. Had my number and we spoke prior to drop off on the phone.
April MI've had to rent another truck smaller and it is going to be the price almost. Our 26 ft had bad passenger mirror so could not see to get over safety hazard, the traction light came one and the running lights/tail lights were out once we were driving in the dark. How can I get a discount on this before I pay for another truck?
James SAlthough no one was there at drop due to truck battery dieing as I was unloading and trying to drop before closing. Next day I was able to pick up my meds that fell between chair on clean out.
MELISSA OThe people who ran that you have facility were very nice very respectful and make sure that you had everything that you needed before you left there. In fact, I even hooked up my trailer for me that’s unusual so I gave them at 10 and also to thumbs up, and I will send anybody over there to them.
