I sent over to U-Haul complaint dept. Pictures of the inside cab of the truck and the end closed back cabin , it was all completely filthy!!! If we wouldn’t have been on a specific time frame of picking up cabinets and people waiting on us to help load and unload them at our destination I would have went back inside the place and cancelled the reservation!!! It was very obvious it had not been cleaned in months! They also only had the one 15ft. Truck on their lot, and that was the exact size we needed. I called U-Haul when I got back home and told them how the gentleman at the MailPto store in Bethalto just kept saying to me. Ok I’ll clean it for you , and I said no I didn’t make the filthy mess , it was there when we rented it 3 hours ago, he repeated again , ok I’ll clean it for you , I finally just said ok I’ll just call U-Haul when I get home and turned to walk out , and he blurted out the 1-800-go U-Haul number, as to say sure go ahead I don’t care !
