Except for seeing the actual van in the locked parking lot, I couldn't tell that it was a U-Haul location. Maybe add a sign?

This was the most easy pick up from you haul I have ever done. And I have been renting for a while. Customer service was great. I been at some stores to pick up and been there for ay least an hour. The rep had me in out within 10 min. Very pleased

I told her repeatedly I did not want the insurance. Even when I reserved the truck I stated I did not want it. Not only was I charged, I never signed the contract, she did.
