ANDREA ARented a van for a quick furniture move. Van was clean and seemed new, it was great. The remote check in process was a disaster. Took 20 minutes to verify my identity in a process I was unprepared for. Once this was done, the keys were not in the lock box. Fortunately, this was during business hours because the keys were in the store. The app was unresponsive, since it could deal with keys being missing, so could not show ressie info to store personnel. Got worked out, but needlessly stressful, wasted 40 minutes of 4 hour rental. Also, moving blankets I paid for were missing and 5 days later, still no response about a refund.
