They are not open from 8:00 to 5:00 They forgot to put us as the remote pickup even though no one is at the location. Some of the experience is not their fault. The UHaul automated verification is slow and very unreliable.

Kristie KBrandon at The Mane went above and beyond to try to correct the mess dispatch and “reservations” had made. I reserved 20ft truck. It was sent out by dispatch and I was not notified by ANYONE! When Brandon realized what had happened he tried to get a 20ft truck that was sitting in Paris, TN. Less than an hour from Martin. Dispatch told him Paris wasn’t their district. Keith, the district manager said it was. This experience was so unprofessional and irresponsible. I was told I would get a phone call from corporate, that they were looking for a truck. Again, I received no phone call. Brandon at The Mane was very helpful, and drove to Paris to get that truck for me. He gets 5 stars! But U-Haul, I refuse to give you anything. You need to improve your professionalism, your dispatch, and your obligations you talk about in customer service. I will never have anything good to say about U-Haul.
