Was not explained properly the charges especially that since we have our own insurance, they use that instead of charging the daily rate of $15.00 for save move. I was told that later that Uhaul does not allow using other insurance which is not true as I was able to do that in other Uhaul location using my own insurance. The only reason I use this location was per recommendation of head office as they want to help them & I will be given a $10.00 discount but was used only for one (1) day which I was expecting the discount should apply for the duration of my rent.
ERLINDA SJessie and his staff fully accomodated me and fulfilled my needs. It would be nice if the business (or a UHAUL sign) was visible from the street, but it was not difficult to find them anyway. No complaints!
