MARK MQuick and easy
OSCAR WFill the gas tanks up so that no one has to waste time stopping to get gas first before they do their job. I was in a hurry when I picked up the truck and there was a gas station in the direction I was going to for some time had to go out of my way to find a gas station. Lost time. But other than that the staff was wonderful the truck was great. Thank you you asked for my opinion that's all I can say. Happy customer.

Keila RI passed two U-Haul Locations to get to the closed location where I dropped the truck. I can only assume U-Haul does this to try and charge customers who return the equipment with less gas.

Austin SThe service was horrible. Charge for the weekend when they are the ones that are closed the weekend. They close weekly at 5pm but I arrived back there at 4:58pm the gate was already locked and no one there. I got back at 8:45 the next morning to be told the uhaul trailer was reported stolen and I had to pay for the weekend. They had nothing in writing and nasty racist older female. I WILL NEVER USE UHAUL AGAIN. PICK PENSKE INSTEAD BETER PRICE AND SERVICE. SR 200 Ocala Floods at the Mulch and more. RUN RUN RUN

Jeanette ECarla was very profess and friendly. She made the rental easy. We had the truck for just over two hours to pick up some used patio furniture and it worked out great. The only thing I might comment on is that the full insurance cost more than the truck rental itself.

Scott CHidden fees we weren’t notified about for returning EARLY. Rude customer service representative. Water bottle left in truck from previous renters. Truck was obviously not clean. I requested a refund for the $20 hidden fee and was not even given a call back.
