RICHARD LMy rental truck was not prepared for me to pick up after hours (despite calling that afternoon to confirm), so my move was delayed an entire day. While I received an apology and monetary compensation, that did not make up for the major inconvenience of having to move in the RAIN the following day and the extra housing cost.

DENISE GIt was a remote location, map quest had us turn to soon, so we had to back out and go to next driveway. The man behind the counter and didn't offer any assistance, we asked if this is where we were to drop off the key, etc.? He said yes and said we could leave he will take care of everything. Which I am trusting so we left. We put more gas than we started with, but we haven't heard about lower rate or reimbursement. Overall it was a good experience. Thank you.

John PThe person that I got the truck from was very nice but before that I had to talk to someone on the 1800 Custer service number and she wasn’t friendly or nice at all then the person that I return the truck to in Sacramento had a nasty attitude. Pay your employees more so they work with a better attitude
Juan MTAKE PICTURES OF THE MILEAGE AND GAS GET A RECEIPT IN HAND !! THEY WILL CHARGE YOUR CARD !!! THEY CHARGED ME $94 FOR GAS. I PUT GAS BEFORE RETURNING IT, WHAT A SCAM

MELISSA KWhen we originally went in for the rental of the 10ft mover, we were told it was per 24 hours and mileage. There was never a conversation about gas or minimum needed to be put back in before returning the truck. Got hit with $76 in fees because of this.

Leticia ADwayne was great..............although the U-Haul computers were down the morning I picked up the truck. I took the truck without any paperwork luckly I didn't need it while I had the truck. I did receive the final bill via email. When renting the truck online there was a tab for a AAA promotional code I tried to use it but the system wouldn't accept. I ask a representative that called me to confirm I picked up the truck about it and she stated it was not available. Why show the promotional codes if they are not available?

JANET SCustomer service at the point of pick up was great. The van was near new and very clean. I do think, however, that I was over charged. My final bill included. $10 charge for CDW coverage. When I rent vehicles I never choose the coverage and I am quite sure that I did not in this case.
Phillip HReserve for dolly and furniture padding, but both items are missing causing us a lot of extra hassle for moving.
