Have some gas in the tank. When I picked it up the tank was almost empty. They did not have the blankets I reserved. The exhaust had a leak and there were used Kleenex and drink containers in the cab. Also took over an hour to check out, I think due to UHaul issues. Had to go to another location 30 minutes away to pick up trailer I had reserved to be picked up at the same time.

Bianca PThe worst of the worst Nothing can top the experience I had with this raggedy place. Gas is off, mileage off, the customer service is the worst. Dripped tge van at 11 am and I didn't a final bill until almost 2 days later. Don't waste your precious time and energy and go somewhere else.

Andrew PThis rental site had problems checking out the equipment. It took almost 40 minutes to complete. The equipment was fine and performed properly. I dropped the trailer off at the same site and they told me where to park it and that they would check it in. 2 days later, I received an email that I needed to return the trailer or be charged for approximately $8K. I immediately phoned the u-haul central office and told them that I had returned the trailer on time. They were very helpful and didn’t seemed surprised that this site didn’t get the paperwork completed.
