Would only recomend because it's the only one in town. The last time I rented a trailer there half the lights didn't work and there was trash rocks and cardboard in it. I had to clean it out at home before I could load my motorcycle. This time there was trash in the trailer I had to clean out before loading my motorcycle and found several screws. If I had poked a hole in my tire of my motorcycle they cost $400 a piece. My paperwork only had the town I was dropping off not an address so when I got to music destination a had to call the after hours line to figure out where to go to drop the trailer. Their yard where they park is unorganized with trash all over it and junk vehicles.

The inside of the truck was a mess. There was soda spilled in it all over the cup holders and on the floor and chips all over the passenger seat. The ladies in the office were really nice.

Evis rThis was an absolute nightmare!! We arrived at the original pickup location that I selected online after calling 2 hours prior to our pickup, confirming we would be getting the truck requested. Well when we arrived the lady tells me she doesn’t have the truck or any truck close to that size we can take. Please keep in mind we had to drive and hour and a half to this location!!! Well she did do some checking to try to get us in a truck big enough for our move. Well there was 1 26 ft truck 2 more hours away from where we were currently putting us 3.5 hours from where we needed the uhual. She calls the place that truck is available and the two reps get in a huge arrangement over the phone because apparently there was someone already trying to book it, but we already had a reservation so we were told we should be able to get it. Well that fell through. We finally found a 20ft truck still another hour and a half from where we were. It was also 3:25 and had to be there by 5 or we wouldn’t get the truck. We were also told since we would have to now make 2 trips since the truck was smaller they would double our miles only making us pay for 1 trip. Ha. Yeah right. We got screwed and only got 100 extra miles, which was to cover the drive from where we picked up the rental to take to our house to start moving. So technically they didn’t do a darn thing. I will absolutely never use uhual again!! My complaint has absolutely nothing to do with the location I actually ended up picking up the truck!! She was friendly.
Brooke RThe truck was clean and trailer worked properly, however the alignment on the truck was very poor. It was pulling very hard to the right and was dangerous to drive in high winds. When taking highway curves, rated for 60+ MPH, I still had to turn left. The steering wheel would also shake more than normal for rough roads. Would recommend an alignment and front end check just in case

It was after their scheduled working hours and they stayed past closing time to make sure we had what we needed. They went above and beyond what the standard of customer service is. This comment goes beyond U-Haul, it is the character of this group that makes it work.
Michael MYour website sucks. So I called customer service & spent 1 hour on hold just to make a small change. Person at pick up location was extremely rude & did not care. The woman also did not know how to hook up a trailer correctly, but felt she needed to give advice. I filled out my online forms prior to pick up, however, they did not have paperwork ready when i got there. I will never rent from uhaul ever again. ??
Kevin VThis was the 19th trip with U-haul in the last 26 year-it is my final. I got a 7 dollar charge for gas, it had more gas in it than when I picked it up. I venture to guess I have spent 10 K dollars with U-Haul since 1982, no more that is for sure. I feel that I got slapped across my face. I will make a 2K move to retire in four years, it won't be with U-Haul I can assure you. Moves in 1982, 84, 86, 89, 93,96,98,04,06,08,10,11,12,13,14,15,17,18 . Venture to say that $7 gas charge which is your fault is not worth it. You took advantage of me and after 19 moves. Thanks for your great customer service. WOW Scott Dean
