They were not open at stated time. The security guard said no one drom uhaul is there in the mornings he has to call them at another location n they do rental over phone to him. They had no clue what equipment was on the property as the security guard checks in equipment. Finally, 50min later the security guard was able to get a hold of the uhaul person n after a bit he says i can take the trailer. No checking the trailer. No verifying my info. No checking my tow equipment. No hooking up the trailer for safety n ins. I had to do myself n hope for the best. When i returned the workers there were busy trying to selling cars not do uhaul related work. I had to unhook. Move trailer and do online check out. Worst uhaul center i have ever been to. It needs to be shut down.

PAULA AWell other than the gas being at 3/8 tank made me belive thats where I return vehicle w that amount , I think uhaul banks on this since they charge you 20 bucks for not returning 1/2 tank level.

Willie GThis location appears to be a newer uhaul location and they are still working out the kinks. The folks here could really use some training support as when we arrived at our destination the tow straps were loose on the dolly and the miles were incorrectly logged so the receiving uhaul rep wanted to charge me $150 for going over on our miles. Luckily I had a pic of the odometer to show that my story was true. Did a lot of work with the west lancaster location and they were so incredible. Super helpful but I didn't receive a review link so I am sharing it here.

Tomas DI booked the rental over a month in advance and had chosen the main U-Haul hub in Lancaster as the pickup location. Not sure why it got changed to this location as the rental came from out of town. This location was not tracking my rental when I arrived on pickup day. The area manager dropped off my rental shortly after I arrived and coached the onsite attendant how to process the rental. The area manager was great and got me taken care of. Not sure how this would have gone otherwise.

Elva CPoor because this location charged me twice and I am currently awaiting my refund. I was charged 170 in the first location and 236 in this location. Overall ended with a bad experience with uhaul.
