Office didn't open until 0900. No pads no hand truck.. When I went to get pads at another location instead of adding the 5.00 charge to my truck contract they took the time to write a new contract. Clerks were courteous and friendly

Not a uhaul location. It was at a post office. They lied and charged me $10.97 for 2 gallons of gas because they said it wasn't at 1/4 tank. Luckily I took a picture of the mileage and gas tank before giving them the keys.
