RAY JLocation is very dirty. I had to input the information into their phone myself as he was washing his car. His other employee just sat there watching tv. I was not supposed to be charged yet after I left he charged me anyway. He's very lazy and a liar.

Tammy LThis was my 2nd experience renting from UHAUL in the past couple of months. I have concerns regarding the professionalism of local dealers when picking up and returning equipment. This most recent experience, my reservation was canceled even though I had already picked up the cargo trailer and still had possession of it. It caused a great deal of confusion and difficulty when attempting to return the equipment.
STEFANIE BThere is no lighting at the location. The lamp on the property is out. If I didn't have a headlamp to put on my head, I would not have been able to see or take adequate photos. Trailers are parked all over the place, and I wasn't totally comfortable dropping off there. Had I known that I would have chosen another location. I called the location repeatedly during business hours and no one answered the phone. They have voicemail service, but it's full so I couldn't leave a message. You should rethink using this company as a pickup/drop off location.
Donald CWell, I was scheduled to pick up a 6x12 at another place , but when I got there it was closed . I had all ready went 20 miles out of my way .. I was headed back when I saw this place and ended up getting a 5x8 because that’s all he had .. was not happy with u- haul that day
