There is no assistant for help. While returning vehicle they ask me to put keys in orange dropbox. There was no dropbox. I can’t find uhaul dropbox. And location is so messy.

Location too remote, vehicle was moderately clean

Rohit SYour customer service department are hopeless. You sent me to a location that is not manned. I did not bring a cell with the capability to pick up the truck. I spent over 90 minutes with your customer service people who did NOTHING for me. "Shaxeilia" dumped me to "Kat" who dumped me back to Shazeila who then YELLED at me for calling her back. Totally. Useless. Finally, the owner of the franchise answered my call and was awesome. He worked around the rules, got me the key for the truck, and I finally got on the road. The over two hour delay cost me $200 because of paid staff who stood around waiting for the truck. Your customer service staff are obviously not trained and could not care less for customers (especially Shazeila). I also spoke with a very polite and responsive man in Windsor who was great, but could not assist me. I ran call centers for Bell Canada. Your call center management should be fired.

Dhruv KRenters need to be aware that this location is not staffed so limited assistance is available via the phone. Everything is done online or using the app and you access your vehicle keys using a lock box. The experience was fine although took longer than planned due to some unexpected challenges. The assistance via phone was good when called upon.
