Trailer was older and had several places with damage. They were marked. Also, i would have preferred a 5x10 trailer instead of the 5x8 but i could not find one available at any locations.John D.

The rabbit box location would have been fine but the lady running the place was very rude. Almost as if she was angry that we were bothering her. When I returned the truck, due by 9 am, the same time the store was supposed to open, she was not open. It took me 30 mins to download app, share location take pics and return as if after hours. She never did show up to open. This was the first time I have ever rented uhaul. Was not good. The truck was fine though. U haul should reconsider using this business as a rental site.JASON B.

The way the u-haul was parked was nearly impossible to back out. There was tricks beside it and directly in front, to back up there were trees and the most minimal space. It was almost impossible to back out, hitting the building or a tree was almost impossible on top of a random bathtub being directly behind the truck. Luckily I was able to spot my husband and after what seemed for we he inched his way out but had to go directly over a small ditch to get out. The side right mirror was completely broke and put together with duct tape. You couldn't move it whatsoever so there was absolutely no way to use that mirror to check traffic, so I had to ride with him to spot him for incoming traffic on the right side. The van we received should've been fixed before it was handed to us. It is absolutely not safe to drive. Without a spotter the right sides visibility is nonexistent.Gamaliel G.

When signing up online, somehow the photos of my license were not uploaded but I was unaware until at the counter. It would be better if the system let me know that this part of th application had not been completed.Anne H.
Linda is always great. That's why I am glad she is here. This particular rental was a last minute thing and Linda was able to get me set and on the road as fast as the system would let her. If you have service awards, she should get one. She went above and beyond to get me on the road. Applause, Applause!! She could use more equipment support in this area. We have two big universities in the area and I know at critical times it is hard for her to get everything she needs. UHaul's reservation and pick up system seems redundant and needs to be simplified for the customer.Doug B.

I used the mobile app to rent the vehicle and that was a bad experience. When I got to the location it kept notifying that I was not at the correct location. I tried several times and it did not work. I was very worried when I went to the store. Thankfully the store owner was very kind and processed out rental request without a hassleRachitha P.

The lady who I believe Danâ€˜s the rabbit box called me the morning of my reservation to let me know that she had a short appointment and wanted to make sure she was there for me and it actually had turned out that I had just adjusted my time to pick up and it was not even an issue however she went out of her way to reach out to me and make sure that the short time she was gone from her for small business was not going to cause me any hardship. She was very thorough in helping me too check out the truck and answer any questions that I had and could not have been more pleasant. I was helped very quickly both when I picked up the truck and also when I returned it. I have rented many U-Haulâ€˜s in my 30 years of marriage due to moving frequently for work and I have never had as pleasant of an experience renting a U-Haul as I did at the rabbit box. Kudos on running an awesome business that focuses on Old fashion customer service and in the future when I need to rent a U-Haul locally for transporting furniture and various things that I do for my side business I will rent from the rabbit box every time! The woman who handles the business for U haul is very stubborn and rude. Her name is Linda Merck. I know that by her signature on receipt. She would not let me speak without interrupting me and she refused to listen at all she has no compassion nor any of her time to deal with anybody who has a question or has an opinion I asked her to explain the charges on my bill and she refused to all she would say was that we rented a 15 foot U Haul Friday. August 3, 2019 At 10:3O for 24 hours and that be then we called and requested another day but that the Uhaul would be due back on Sunday at 10;39 well that was not a full day Sunday I was late getting the Uhaul back and she said they charged me another day so that was 3 days they charged me for actually around @ 48 hrs of us . I used 66 Miles and I had the gas back where it was 3/4 of a tank well she was rude and stated that I was charged for another day so I said well then I will keep the u haul until tomorrow she said that wasn't an option that she had closed out my accountsTeresa D.

I called many times before my reservation (on separate days) and they never once answered my phone call. The lady working did not answer the phone once while I was there picking up my reservation, but stepped outside to take a call on her personal cell while I was waiting at the counter. I think if the equipment you â€œthinkâ€ you are renting is not available you should be notified and/or directed to another facility. I received a text confirmation to call but never able to get through and when I logged onto the app, I found I was receiving a truck larger than I requested which was already larger than I needed.
