My pick up location changed and I couldn't find the email with the new confirmation. Everything else went smoothly. The moving company was great as well.

William FAllow for the customer to accurately record the fuel level. We disagreed with what was on the app but it wouldn’t let us change it.
Edward HThe person was very helpful and nice but the vehicle did not have the number of blankets I had requested and the cab interior and hood of cab were filthy. Also the passenger side small mirror (below the large side mirror was broken and missing a pice of the mirror. One difficulty was the dash lights were very dim and should be set brighter. When it turned dark, I had a rude awakening. Fortunately we were almost to our destination. If I ever rent a UHaul again. I will use a place like the one I returned the Uzhaul I got at Zrobbit Box.

CRYSTAL MWe rented a 26 foot truck.. It was clean on the inside of the cab and cargo area. The exterior was nice except for some scraps on the side which I think is normal for rentals. We picked up and dropped off when the location was open so everything went smoothly.. Good experience over all..
JAMES SLinda, at your designated location, is helpful and efficient. However, clients have smoked in the van, and left it very dirty: the cab, especially. Nothing she can do, alas.

Rahul NThe original spot where we attempted to pick up the truck, Odin's Beard in Pendelton, SC. was horrible. No one was there for the entire hour we waited. We tried calling, emailing, contacting U-haul, but no one ever came. So we had to change locations and go find another truck at a different site. DUe to these issues, I lost an hour with my movers but was still required to pay them because they actually knew to show up on time. That being said, the remainder of the Uhaul experience was very easy going and i had no issues. The costumer support during the endeavor was great and drop off wasn't a problem.

Julia VThe Rabbit Box was fine and always has been. U-Haul’s new $20 penalty for turning in a truck without giving them a full inspection with photographs is ridiculous and unacceptable. I will warn everyone I know to just hire a moving company instead.
William UWe tried using the app which said that one piece of equipment was missing which was not the case and stated for us to call U-Haul. Thankfully the lady at location was able to get us on the road in no time. She was absolutely great!

RICHARD SThe lady who owned the place was very rude , I don’t know if it’s because I’m a different skin color or what but as soon I came in & asked about getting a U-Haul she rudely told me I do it online & she didn’t have anymore even tho I had already looked at what was booked before I came , she then got on her computer & said oh your right they switched it to a van instead so a 10” is available. I went an did my reservation on line an came back in . I stood at the front desk for 20 mins while she ran around moving pallets and doing any an everything else before helping me . Then 2 customers came in ( that happened to be the same skin color as her ) and she ran up to the front desk an immediately asked them what they needed help with , the man then pointed an said I was here first and I said yes I’ve been here waiting for over 20 minutes. She looks at me an says I have to get him before I get you , then as I’m standing there still waiting the other lady who is also the same skin color walks up and she asks her what she can help her with before she does me . Even tho I had been waiting forever way before anyone had gotten there . Definitely wouldn’t recommend going to this place for anything unless your white then I’m sure she won’t mind helping you fast an in a hurry
Ashley PThe lady was so disrespectful and mean, I’ll never go back to this location, she never helped me with my reservation, I was at the store and she made me to finish my reservation and payment on my phone, when I was just finishing she asked me for my info to put it in my computer she got upset start disrespecting me my reservation time took over 15 mins.

Belinda HI tried to do the process on my mobile phone but there was difficulty receiving the links for my drivers license, so the dealer helped with that. I had difficulty receiving the link for the return, so the dealer helped me with that. Maybe my mobile phone may not be the best way to do a rental. So the process defaulted to the dealer.

Randall RI walked in and greeted the two people together. One the male never spoke back. The female quickly barked back I was going to have to wait she was just opening up and it was six minutes after opening time. My response was no rush. Two more customers came in directly behind me she greeted them kindly and started helping them. In the middle of assisting them twelve minutes later she barked at me and asked who I was. I replied. She then decided to help me and told me she would not take a gift card or prepaid card for payment. My Louis vitton hand bag is on the counter I think you should know I am not going to offer up either of those. I hand over my debit card. She barks back you swipe it. So I did and she has me sign a photocopied piece of paper for a contract which she didn’t give me a copy of anything a key and sent me on my way. I had to check out the van myself with no assistance. This woman also parks the van right where they have deliveries so I waited another twenty minutes before I could back out. The whole experience was a nightmare! Upon returning the van I make a complaint it was dirty and had dog hair they clean it I had to take Benadryl as I am allergic. Remove the keys left behind from the customer etc and I get charged for a cleaning fee for trying to do the right thing. Their key box isn’t big enough FYI someone returned a key fob and it was sticking out of the box. Anyone could come by and steal the U-Haul! I’ve rented plenty of your trucks over the years the old fashioned way not through the app and never had this experience!!!! And through the app and never and never had this experience!!! Linda is a complete bitch and the fact she’s the one I had a problem with and your company chooses to have call me to report all my issues got me nowhere. So sadly I’m left with the difficult decision of who will be getting my business in the future.

Michelle OLady needs some manners. I thought she was crazy, but then going back home my two other friends had the same impression. Probably a lot of people have walked out from there after dealing with her. But we really needed this uhaul asap.
Belem PThe pickup location and staff we great and pleasant to work with. The truck was also good. The UHaul checkout and this review website are terrible. The checkout webpage kept having errors to the point that when it finally worked, I was home and had to drive back to the truck to take the requisite photos. Fortunately, I took a picture of the odometer and fuel before I dropped the keys into the drop box. This review form makes you go through a bunch of roadside assistance service providers before you get to the bottom. Most renters do not need roadside assistance so this is a terrible survey design to make you comment on 16 providers that you did not use. . Please improve your webpages.

William GLocation was closed on Wednesday which no one let me know and had to do a mobile pick up. Since I was not provided this before pick up I spent a significant amount of time getting approved to do a mobile pick up. Also the rate that I had to agree to was not what was quoted on my calls and the staff were unable to change so you made me agree to something that was incorrect in order to receive the car. In the end I wasted a significant amount of my time due to your inefficient procedures.
Karl WThe original truck contracted for was no longer available due to the previous customer returning it with a damaged tire. The lease was not able to get the tire repaired or replaced by the U-Haul specified repair vendor by the contracted pick up time. The contracted truck had not been repaired and was still out of service 2 days later.
Jerome HRabbit box was great! Friendly folks and helpful. My only complaint is that the only place I could get a truck and dolly added 50 miles to my trip. The online reservation system wouldn't let me get both rentals from different locations.

PATRICK SWas unable to pick up truck using 24/7 login and had to wait for location to open. Signing in was difficult once they opened as well. Eventually got a truck.

Phillip SI went to the location to rent a trailer. They had 2. They told. Me to go online and reserve one. I did. I was made to wait over an hour. I have never seen anything more stupid. I hope I never have to rent again.

Justin DAfter hours drop off was super easy and very convenient! But the after hours pick up was not good. It took over 40min to get through the process! And we had to call someone to figure out where the keys were left because this location has no lock boxes.
Russell KDo something about the smell. My reservation had a totally different location for pickup. (118 Old Anderson Road, Pendleton). I had to travel over 10 miles to get to this location. That was not acceptable as I did not request this change.
