Close the facility. The truck was extremely dirty from inside the cabin to the back. The facility could not provide the dolly or pads I requested bc I was told by the owner they get stolen. The trucks were just sitting in a muddy parking lot and when I returned mine it got stuck in the mud
KWAME BSelf Checkout did not work, I rented a Uhual for a 7:30 AM pick up, didn't get the keys until 8:45 AM. No one was onsite to assist. The truck was clean, but that's about the only good thing I can say. After calling the number found on google several times, I did manage to get ahold of the owner, who was not happy to help at all. Showed up not very apologetic, at all! Instead, insisted that I had the wrong code on the lockbox, although I did not. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
Autumn W91938648 - reference # Pickup the van at 11:11am. Dropped it off at 12:58. Pick up mile: 13681.3. drop off mile:13722.5. On the receipt the pickup mile shows 13630. It is impossible to put 100miles on a car within 1hr 47mins in resident area with heavy traffic highway - Atlanta area. I said NO to all insurance/ damage coverage fee but was charged $20. I have videos of the it was good when I picked and dropped it off. (( 13722.5 -13681.3) X1.09) + 19.99 +1(environmental fee) = $64.9 Why was I charged $121 I do have all pictures and videos showing the mile the car was when I picked it up and dropped it off
NGOZi IWhile the customer service team was courteous and helpful. The site manager provided a poor customer service experience. The individual was not on site. The location of the actual U-Haul office for the site is not identified. Again, Lailani who ultimately help me get my rental after an hour of trying was the only reason I might consider using U-Haul again for any of my family's moving requirements.
Courtney DThe worst customer service i have experienced at any U-haul location. I was overcharged for mileage excessively due to negligence of the person who failed to do their job properly. This location should be closed if it continues to operate like thais.
