We were told we might have to drive as far as 200 miles to pick up the truck. We didn't have to but our quote was just over $1400 plus taxes and at pickup they charged us $1800 plus taxes, that's extremely unethical and I will put that in my on line reviews if it's not corrected. How do I reach a company Manager than can help with this situation.STEVEN T.

The location was great. However I had issues wither website. Originally I had signed up for two days starting on the 1st at 7:30 pm and I got confirmation on the web. Was told someone else would call to confirm and no one did. The night before the time was change to the 2nd at 8:00 am. Without explanation. We had made arrangements for the movers at 7:00 pm on the first because no one call us and we got the ok on the web page. That was pretty inconvenient.Marcia G.
I had a little difficulty getting out ot the back parking lot. It feeds into a car wash? An arrow or something to show the way. Be aware that I'm not that bright and it may have been my fault. Fidel was awesome. I highly recommend this store.RAYMOND P.

Very good, friendly customer service. I've rented from The Rental Place before (when it was in a different location) and will do so again if I need anything. It's unfortunate the vans don't get better gas mileage but that has nothing to do with the customer service, which was great.judITH B.

The check-in attendant did not enter the fuel gauge reading and I was charged an extra fuel charge. He told me I would get a $20 credit for the paperwork problem and I would get an email receipt. An hour later I received the receipt with the $20 fuel charge. When I went back an hour later, he did not remember me and said he was having a â€˜senior' moment. He told me to call U-haul customer service. I did receive an adjustment from Customer Service.Charles R.
The vehicle I had reserved was given to another customer. I arrive at 0830 to pick up my vehicle. I was checking in using the phone app when another customer starts looking at the same truck. I explain to them they might have made a mistake because my app says this truck is reserved to me. The employee comes back and tells me he already gave it to the other people and I would have to wait until nine because he cant check in the other truck and has to wait until customer service opens. I ended up leaving with my truck after nine when I already had my workers at the house ready to start loading at 0900. I had to pay them for the half hour they were just waiting because my truck was given to someone else.Petronilo P.

Besides being charged nearly twice the amount I was quoted... I am paying for mileage that I did not do. The tank was 1/2 full when I got the truck, which was marked on the physical rental agreement. I had to go into the store after I went out to the truck and saw the tank was 1/2 full. It says I went 60 miles. No way possible... I made 2 trips 6.1 miles each way. Then, after returning equipment I had to call 911, and have the fire department to unlock the gate because an employee locked me in.Jack H.

I was charged $35 for gas when I hadn't even driven the truck that far to require that. There was 7/8 of a tank in the truck when I received it and when I brought it back the line on gas meter was at the same exact spot. I had a conversation earlier in the day with the guy that checked us out when we got it, about how people are crazy that dont return a vehicle with gas in it because they pay so much more for it. If the dial had moved, I would have put gas in it with my own money.Liz B.
I rented a 15' truck. I drove five miles total round trip. I put in a gallon of gas before returning it. When I got home I saw on my receipt they had charged me for 3 gallons of gas totaling over $15, My mistake for not looking at the store. What a rip off. I know to never use uhaul again. I will make sure to tell friends family and coworkers to never use this companyJohn R.
