David PI am a very frequent customer of your services and I rented a truck and they left me stranded three times making me wait super long for the repair service and then in the final repair they took away my trailer leaving me stranded on a highway without caring what happened it was the worst experience ever.
KELVIN MI drove past another Uhaul location to get to this one, one that did not appear as an option when I was making my reservation. That was a bit frustrating.
Chadwick BPut a jack on the front of large trailers. If you are by your self it's extremely difficult to hook up and unhook.
Kelley EThe drop off location was at someone’s trailer in the country. It was hard to find and we had to find the owners house a mile away where she told us to just leave it in a field by the road.

Theresa SThe equipment had a malfunction, it had a interior light You which didn’t want to shut off with the knob . And a seal on the front window was flapping . Mrs White was super nice and friendly and tried to help us while we were on the road. I had to pick this truck up in Forrest, MS even if I rented from Jackson and was directed the day before I had to wait until 10 AM and pick it up at Yoho hotel on I55 in South Jackson, where we found out there was NO TRUCK for us , only in Forrest, MS. I was directed to return in to Forrest, but refused to do so. While my house sold and closing day was the next day , I lost 5 hours of very needed time to move the last things out of my house. It was very stressful and NO customer service at all!! This was the worst experience I have had with UHaul. I rented several times before without issues. This was just horrible. Maryke
