Location would probably have been rated better (inviting) but due to weather the ice conditions in the yard were unsafe. Personal were apologetic (landlord issue) and helpful tho.
Charlene EGreat place! I initially called to extend a few days. They were very accommodating and personable. I ended up returning earlier than my anticipated extended date. No problem. Charge for what I used. I had replaced a light on the trailer at my own expense but did not keep a receipt. They reimbursed me anyway. Great experience and customer service!
