The business hours said it was open but the door was locked. There was no one to discuss the rental return with. the yard was full of water and mud to return the trailer . I had attempted to change return location prior to return date at the beginning of rental and again on Saturday when i was finished using the uhaul . Overall disappointed with the return of the rental location when there were so many other uhaul locations.

Charlene EGreat place! I initially called to extend a few days. They were very accommodating and personable. I ended up returning earlier than my anticipated extended date. No problem. Charge for what I used. I had replaced a light on the trailer at my own expense but did not keep a receipt. They reimbursed me anyway. Great experience and customer service!
