Don't get me wrong - the guy in The Ship Shop and the agent lady (whom the guy in The Ship Shop introduced) were very nice but the first lady in the Uhaul customer service I called was very RUDE and NOT RESPONSIVE. My pickup spot was changed in the last minute and the Uhaul system was down when I got there. I couldn't pick my trruck up due the system. I had to call Uhaul customer center and the lady was not very helpful! The guy in the Ship Shop also said that she was not very helpful and rude. She ended up hanging up my call. Eventually the lady whom the guy in the Ship Shop introduced helped me out but it took me 1 hour in that store. Very bad experience
