The furniture pads we ordered were not in the truck. We had to go to another location on W 7th in Eugene to pick them up. The inside of the truck cab was dirty as was the box. When we dropped it off we did our best to clean it up: I used water and paper towels to get unknown substance off the floor under the drive console and on the floor mats. We swept the inside once box out. I took videos of the condition of the truck ar pick up and drop off. The 2nd 15” truck at the pick up location was very clean and well taken care of. What made this experience above average were the reps. Especially Samantha. I talked with her two times. She also was who I got in touch with when the furniture pads were missing. She was so helpful and kind and gave us some extra miles to make up for the ones we Would be using to pick up the pads at a second location. She was so very helpful during both my initial call with her and yesterday. So I would recommend U-Haul as a whole. One a side note the instructions saying where the keys could be found at the pick up location was incorrect. It was obvious where it was but the instructions were not correct.

Tell me about the issue with the driver side door and how it needed to be slammed multiple times before it closed. 3. Tell me that the “fuel economy” gauge doesn’t work. 4. MOST IMPORTANT: tell me it’s damn near impossible to pump gas into this truck. 5. Tell me the fuel tank isn’t full (given #4, I can now understand why). I really hope these issues are fixed before this truck is rented out again.
JOHN HFind a way to communicate un advance during check out that the drop off process would be electronic. It is important to note, the drop box information made it easy to work through, but at first finding that link was hard.

STEPHANIE STruck had been all vandalized overnight. The fuel level was not where it was supposed to be and there was trash in the console. The engine light stayed on the entire time we had the truck.
Richard JUnorganized and no office. When I arrived he walked right by me and I had to go find him. When he took off the trailer it rolled forward hitting the tailgate of my vehicle. He run a body shop and said he would take care of it. I gave give my phone number but no call after a couple days so filed a claim with Uhaul. He was not happy that I dropped a trailer and said he told Uhaul to no drop trailers with him.
