Having a full tank of gas to start would be nice. When I made the reservation for a pick up location (almost three months ago) don’t change it. I had to drive seven miles instead of one mile because U-haul switched the pick up location. Not very convenient.

Awyn HDon’t expect much help here. Indian owned and hard to understand. Store worker did help put on truck but had to beg, otherwise they sit inside and let you do it all. Why do you rent equipment and have nobody there to help the customer??

James MHad web site issues, took 45 minutes to pick up trucks and change location of where to pick up truck. They did give me 2 days notice. Had good help via phone to pick up truck when you were having issues with you web site.

Kenneth FI was quoted one .28 per mile, when I got there they said .70 per a mile. They also didn’t have the size truck I agreed on. Had to go to larger size and priced higher. Had to go to two places to get truck. When to place they told me to, but that person sent me somewhere else. I will not use y’all again. I couldn’t change to another day. I believed that I was all set and I could go to that place to get truck and go. Instead I went on a merry go round. I didn’t have time for all that and different prices. Had to borrow to pay my rent because of the different pricing you gave me.

We tried to call to find out when they closed and couldn't understand the response (couldn't even tell if they understood our question). Also had a very hard time understanding what we needed to do when we returned the truck. The person was pleasant, but it was a frustrating experience.

Robert DI didn’t realize I could do self drop off and I assumed I had to speak with someone inside. There was a language barrier so we did a little bit of miming. The fella was friendly but not super helpful. It’s not his fault. He’s just an employee ya know? I feel like uhaul dropped the ball there by not telling me about the self check in option. It could have saved us both some frustrations.
