The representative was amazing! Helped me with drop off. Was the wrong location due to a lack of knowledge and language barrier from the pick up. They made it an easy drop off.

The Sign Shop person was nice, but not present at the location in person. This made things difficult. Not everyone wants to do things over the phone or online. We have moved multiple times and always use a U-Haul location where people are actually there to get you going in person. I don't want to download an app and go through all that hassle for a service you rarely use. Things were not clear about what to do because I did not ask to do it through text, even though I was prompted to the day before. Once I was at the shop, I had to call a number on the outside of the building. She was nice enough to do much of it on her end on her computer, but the site was slow and it took a long time to check out. Had someone been there in person it would have been speedier and not confusing.

Thomas HNot equipped with any moving supplies to purchase; technology wasn't working to finish check in timely; we had to drive out of our way to pick up the truck and transport. Bolt was missing on transport fender so it flapped the whole time. Worse part was the passenger side mirror wasn't secure and was basically unusable. This was extremely dangerous and created much anxiety and extra stops to try to secure it. Extremely unhappy with this faulty equipment. Would like a call from corporate and to be compensated.

VERLYN STrailer was clean and ready to go. Driver side back tire was flat, so I’d recommend that it should be checked and ready to go in between customers, also little tail light on the drivers side wheel well didn’t work.
Danielle MWe arrived to drop off the truck and trailer. There was a large note on the door saying they were currently closed and to call a phone number, or go next door. I went next door, they could not help me and looked at me as if I was crazy for asking. I went back and called the number and was told to leave the truck in the parking lot with the keys in it. I was very apprehensive about doing this as I was responsible for the truck until it was officially checked in. I reluctantly left the truck there as instructed. I feel that the return location should always be manned.

Bryan BThe whole situation with picking up the truck was okay, however, she didn’t give me the dolly at the same time and when I asked about it she said I misunderstood but would bring one to me. She then brought me the wrong dolly and I was unable to use it at all. I then went to pick up the tow dolly at the location she told me and then when I got there she said that I misunderstood again and that I was supposed to get it from her. Luckily, Nick, at the location on 5700 Gordon drive in Sioux City, IA was fantastic and did all he could to help in my situation.
