Everything was great
JOHN GI was charged for 3 days when I turned the rental trailer in after q day of use. I was told the price would be pro-rated for the 1 day when i dropped off and it has not been corrected.

Olen BThe location was fine but the app for self drop off would not allow us to correctly report damage that we had done to the truck. So, we gave up on trying. In addition, the damage had been reported thru your sight, as well as the wrecker service listed below. So, we reported the damage, but it seems we’re accused of trickery.

jeffery nThe Lady that I had for the rental agreement was very helpful and very Professional. She kept me informed about everything from the start.
Charles BThis location was closed when we dropped off the vehicle so it’s not possible to respond on most questions. However, I will say that the original drop off location is not a drop off location for haul. The telephone call to see what to do was beyond horrifying. We had to argue about the time frame and gas which was uhauls fault. I stated I would leave the vehicle where it was parked because that was the location initially listed in my written contract.
