Was not given a code to open the gate for entry and exit. Had to scramble and find a number to make a call in order to get help with code so I could enter and exit facility.
Brian VEmily at The Storage Inn made our U-Haul rental a very pleasant experience. She walked me through the rental process, had the vehicle ready as scheduled, and even made the return process effortless. I would not hesitate to rent a U-Haul from at The Storage Inn again.
steve bThis gentleman reached out to me to explain the app. I was not able to find my truck on my app and the owner took care of the issue. Frustrating to have an issue in the system, however the owner of the Storage Inn dropoff did a great drop making sure It was taken care of. I let him know about his leaky tire at drop off as well. He was great.

MIKE VThe associate did not know what she was doing. I had made a reservation online and it took a long time. She told me there was an additional deposit I had to pay but I would get it back when I returned the equipment. That was a lie. She added the insurance that I had declined on the online reservation. After discovering that I was not happy.
