paul lMake instructions for pickup clear and concise We had to play Where’s Waldo just to find the keys for the truck and then it took and hour for us to just get the pickup done and we were not compensated for that hour on drop off

Daniel BI rented a 10 ft truck for 24 hours. Great overall rental experience, truck in good condition, office area is clean & welcoming, btw cute seasonally decorated Keurig coffee counter. The customer service rep Ms. Dana was exceptionally professional. When there was an error on fuel charges, she was genuinely apologetic and fixed it quickly. Moving is stressful and tiring, but Ms. Dana made the truck rental experience so easy. U-Haul, give that lady a pay raise!

Marvin SHad a bad experience. I rented one up the street from me. And when I got off to pick it up .it was not there . They moved the pick up the location to a different place. And did not call to tell me they moved it or anything. When I got the the location the had to tell they moved it way across town.
Eric RUnfortunately this experience cost us about an hour loss with our movers leaving us to unload a truck load of items. I left feedback on the app when dropping off our truck. Uhaul said they would contact us the next day. They never did! We've used this service many times before, but now that I know there will not be a follow-up we aren't sure if we can trust them with customer service. We feel like we are owed a refund for at least the hour lost with our movers! If we had our truck ready at the time promised we wouldn't have had to unload the truck. The location had an employee no show which made them late opening, not leave the key, and it was not a 24/7 location like advertised on Uhaul.
Shelton STruck broke down… I paid for the insurance and they sent their wrecker driver out to get the truck and the continued to charge my card daily for a broke down truck because they said they couldn’t locate it and I was responsible until they found the truck. After they located it at the uhaul repair facility and the second truck I was suppose to be using to move was cancelled and an email sent to me in somebody else’s name came through I never received a truck to move and thought it was all cleared up after countless conversations and emails. But, NOPE!!!! 14days later on my account they ran all of those same charges again!!! I will never use uhaul again!!! A dealer or traffic Department!!! Whatever that means!!!!!
Verlicia RHave clean vehicles and quit trying to pass on service fees to the next customer also when a person reserves their vehicles a month in advance and what you ordered is not there and the agent has you running to different locations and doing their job it's not a good look.

Jason WI rented two trucks and the u haul in Fort Worth came out to the truck checked it and told me that I went over on miles and what it would cost me. Now in La Marque they were nice buy but didn't inform me about the gas or miles.
