Ofc was closed on Saturday. Truck was broke down, motor was knocking, This set me back 3 hrs on a move that I have to have completed that day. They wanted me to frov 40 min back towards ft worth to get a new truck when I needed to drive 20 min the opposite direction, they assured me I would get a replacement at the new location on Main st, They told me they would call and all I needed was to show up and sign out keys, This process took 1 and 1/2 hrs. I will not recommend this location or Uhaul to anyone again. My husband being frustrated with the day took the wrong turn on to the TUrnpike. We have received a bill, I will pay it. Uhaul tried to hit my credit card with the $109 fee SO NOW YOU GUYS WILL GET PAID WHEN I FEEL LIKE IT. I CALLED TO ADVISED I WOULD PAY IT THIS WEEK AND YOUR COMPANY TRYING TO HIT MY CC IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. SO YOU WILL WAIT FOR YOUR $109. The store you sent me to finally to get a new truck smelled so bad. not sure if it was urine, body order but it was so bad that my family sat outside waiting, the smell gave us all headaches.

I hurt my thumb releasing the brake when it caught my thumb and smashed it between the force and the floor. No door locks on the outside was more bumpy than normal on the drive. Then the customer service told me they weren’t charging then 8 days later charged me. So now had to dispute it
CHARLEEN SWe live in Texas, and where the signing of papers was done, in a small foyer type room, it was almost unbearably hot! The two employees working behind the plexiglass were in air conditioning!
ROXANNE HI returned truck after hours so office was closed and didn’t interact with office staff. I returned truck using the U-Haul App.
