I hurt my thumb releasing the brake when it caught my thumb and smashed it between the force and the floor. No door locks on the outside was more bumpy than normal on the drive. Then the customer service told me they weren’t charging then 8 days later charged me. So now had to dispute it

We live in Texas, and where the signing of papers was done, in a small foyer type room, it was almost unbearably hot! The two employees working behind the plexiglass were in air conditioning!
