I don't know her name but when I reserved the truck it was a young white girl that was vey helpful. I can't say that about the heavy set hispanic woman when I returned the rental, she was awful. You would of thought she was the owner, the way she was carrying on blaming Uhaul company for everything.

The place I rented the uhaul from was great and very nice but the actual uhaul company it's self were very un helpful i had just got back in to town after Harvey and I live in cc,tx btw . i had lost the key I admit that was my fault but when I called them they proceeded to give me the run around and tell me they could help for just about 4 hours and then tell me it's my fault I lost the key well I know it was my fault I had told them that from the beginning but they had told me I had to get a new key it was Sunday so 5 hours and 160$ out my pocket later I unloaded my stuff by myself up stairs point is they need to be more informant to there employees and maybe they could save there customers more time ( like 4 hours) and maybe be a little more helpful thanks and f*** uhaul ??
