SELESTE FThis was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with UHaul. I waited over 10 minutes for the business to open after their stated opening time (9:00). There was no one around so I decided to proceed with the UHaul app to return the trailer. As I was taking pictures the owner came across the parking lot and began to use VERY inappropriate language to inform me what kind of a person I was for “dropping the trailer in his parking lot.” I asked him if he would lift the trailer back onto my truck I would move it where he wanted it and he replied, “Why would I do that?!” He then walked off, again using inappropriate language to express his anger with me. I would NEVER do business at this location EVER again. Absolutely unacceptable behavior!! I don’t know how they stay in business if this is the way they treat customers.
JONATHAN SWe originally reserved a truck at Midwest Motor Company. We drove 2 hours to the place. We were told that they had no trucks at that location. We were sent to U-Haul Moving & Storage of Joplin. We were assisted by a woman, I forgot her name, she said they didn’t have any trucks available, but she did call around for us. She found one across town at The Storage Spot. She told us that someone was preparing the truck for for us. We drove to the store and NO ONE was there. The building was locked. We called U-Haul Moving & Storage of Joplin, and they told us we were supposed to do the reservation online. We drove back to the store because we didn’t know how to do it. They said the reservation was already completed so we should have received a code to open the box with the key. We went back through the online process and did get our truck. The entire process took two hours. We only use U-Haul for all our moves or pickups from our family. This is the only time we had a difficult experience. Thank you for reading this.

Ronald Sit looks like it is temprorary and needs work! it was raining when we went and there was no guttering, so was difficult to get in, cold inside and no desk or office or supplies. I am sure it was temporary. but looked sketchy.
DEBBI CHe is friendly and very quick but the location was dirty and dark and he didn't have basic office supplies
Lanetta MWhen I arrived, I was informed that 3 of the available trucks had their catalytic converters removed overnight. This location went out of their way to get me a bigger truck for the same cost. They were very apologetic even though it wasn't their fault. They handled all the contract transfers from one truck to another and I was on my way.
Kevin CBlake was very good at his job, and I'm Very Pleased with his part, but he was not provided with proper computer access, etc. to get us checked in and on our way. It took an hour, which put me behind schedule an hour. I'd entered online to pick the truck up on 7th Street, so the Rangeline location was further away from my home and not as convenient.
