Nothing! There were some issues with the app, but Josh at The Teal Flamingo was fantastic! He helped me out and got me on my way.

Tito BVery disappointed in u haul as I paid for a truck in Watertown, SD weeks before and told 3 days before had to pick it up 45 miles away. Cost me time and money for the extra 90 miles. Personnel kept repeating you had a disclaimer and couldn’t care less about myinconvenience
Thomas PBetter communication with the customer-I was told the unit would be in Wahpeton on Friday so I drove there and no trailer -so on Friday I had to drive all the way to Webster SD from West Fargo and pick it up. So in essence I was a day late from taking off to go down south.
terry fBe at the facility at the agreed upon time. The business advertised being open at 8am, but the business owner/manager was not there until about 9am. Have the business location properly marked and advertised. The business location was not as advertised, causing additional stress and several phone calls to find it. Have the vehicle ready, and check the vehicle to be sure that it is safe to drive. Specifically, make sure to check all tires. The business owner/manager did not have the vehicle ready for pickup, and I was up against a timeline to meet my movers. The vehicle had a partially flat right rear tire that was not checked or noticed until I was an hour from the pickup location. I had to stop at three places to find a working air compressor. And, even the, I was not able to successfully fill the tire. I was on a timeline to reach the drop off location to meet the end Packers. This caused additional stress.
Leah AThis was my first time ever renting Uhaul, and towing a trailer in general. The only issue I ran into was having to air the tires up because they were low. Other than that, I’d say it went pretty well for my first time ever using Uhaul. As for any improvement, maybe a checklist of some sort for renters to go through whenever they rent a trailer? If there is a checklist, maybe make it more accessible and known because I never knew I was suppose buy my own lock or air the tires up to a certain PSI. Regardless, I enjoyed renting from here and I’ll do it again.

Lori SI could not checkout at this location with the app, self-check out app was not working. Not sure if it was the location or if app was having troubles but we could not do self check out.
Chris GHe needs a drop box to place keys in. There was not one at this location.
Curtis HFor the uhaul Corp: Very inconvenienced having pickup location changed the day before when I put a reservation in far ahead of time. Offer a discount when this happens - even just $10 to make up for some of the extra gas spent and total rearranging of schedule. We have to pay a fee if we don’t return to the right spot, make that reciprocal. Don’t know that I’d use uhaul again because of it.

David HThey charged me for 5 gallons of gas at 4 dollars a gallon when I returned the vehicle with the gas gauge EXACTLY where I got it. And after them sending me a receipt to my email in the later part of the afternoon Friday hopefully I’ll be able to get ahold of someone Saturday or wait til Monday to be reimbursed.

Doug SAbsolutely no signage the only way i knew it had anything to do with u haul was one trailer parked on the lot next to this completely unmarked building at the address given to me. I didn't interact with and employees because i dropped equipment off on labor day and didn't expect anyone to be there any way. But they need to put something up to let people know its a uhaul place.
