gary pThe man who helped me pick up my truck made me very confused, the tank was almost empty on the truck and he told me to FILL the tank. No one explained to me that if its below 1/4th of a tank they give you a fuel credit and you only need to return it at 1/4th. I ended up paying a little over $80 to fill the tank, only to actually use 1/4th of it. I am very disappointed and I feel like I was taken advantage of because I am an elderly woman. A nice lady over the phone spoke to my son about it and nothing could be done despite the fact I feel deceived.

Dennis SNothing, the staff was courteous and friendly. They got us signed in and on our way thoroughly and efficiently. My wife had locked the keys inside the truck, and one of the staff used a slim Jim to get the keys and over the window of the door. They were very helpful and I would recommend this location to anyone that needs a truck.

Joseph CMake the truck/cab NOT smell like a dead old man. I had to stop loading and unloading multiple times as I had to throw up from how nauseating the smell was. No matter the air freshener or time passed or amount of fresh air helped make it better. Foul.

WAYN FThis location is very difficult to find. Most GPS system can determine or get a fix on the address. Drove an extra 37 miles trying to find it. Since I went over my 100 miles allowance by uhaul, I was charged .An extra 40 cents a mile.. .40 cents X 37 = $14.80 tacked on my rental, just trying to find the drop off location. Total BS.

John CUHaul needs to improve when it comes to arranging pick up locations. We arrived at our location only to find that there was no 10-foot truck there for us as promised, they had only a van. We were then sent to another location, which was much farther away and a major inconvenience!
edward mIt wasn't the location's fault, but UHaul itself we were guaranteed our pick up for 11 am and the truck was not available when we got there. The location owner then looked into the issue and said the truck would be available later in the day. He called at 3:30 pm and we picked up the truck. Just upsetting because I was hoping to get done what I needed in the morning instead of later in the day. Uhaul should have never confirmed the time online if truck was not available.
Stephanie NFirst of all, they told me to go to one location and then when I showed up, that place said no it’s now been moved to a different location, which cost me an extra half hour while I had people waiting for me to return with the truck for the move! That’s not even the worst part, they gave me a quote for $136, and then end up with a bill that’s $336!!!” The original place I was supposed to rent from asked me for the address so they could see how many miles expected to go, and gave me the quote for $136, but somehow the bill tripled! Very unsatisfied!!!

Mark LThe lens for the passenger back-up light was missing and had not been noticed by whoever had inspected the vehicle prior to me picking it up.
Don MOwner told me not to worry about bringing the rental back by noon. He said we would work it out. He worked it out by charging me for an extra day and for insurance. I will not be back.

JOE FI hurt my back loading truck after a back surgery. I had help coming but had to wait til early Saturday am. The truck was due back Saturday. I called to let that location know of my dilemma and the guy on the phone was rude, no customer service skills and pissed off about me being late. Then he charges me an extra 3 days plus insurance. I emailed him and dropped the truck off by 7 pm Saturday evening...so why are you going to charge me 3 extra days???? Are you smoking crack???? I am giving U haul the chance to correct this over charge and send this guy for People Skills. Very Rude on the phone after I apologized to him because of my Back. We will see what happens and I will update on U Haul's decision

Robert SGot charged 240 miles when I only went 60 miles. Only had it for three hours. Not happy I got charged almost $300 for three hours. Got the run around from 5 different people at uhaul
