Van was filthy dirty, lady didn't explain anything, just handed key, I just asked about millage ? She told me just take pic.. When I got home i saw text message with link to take pics of condition/ mileage ect. But was to late link expired.

Was very cold that day . Truck was not plugged very hard to start . Also the traction control light came on after 5 minutes of driving ( need service ) for overall the truck was very clean and will use that location again if needed .

My first order of a 10 foot truck. I drove 6 mins to My location and tried to open the back door and it was frozen shut. Tried and tried. Called and told them I need a refund. They were pleasant but unorganized while dealing with that. Had to call a manager, etc. By the time we dealt with that from when I ordered online while talking to them the 9 foot van, it had been 1.5 hours from when I first came in for my first pickup. Very disappointed that uhaul wasted part of my day when I organized movers and the vehicle was unusable. I should be reimbursed for this inconvenience that I had to return an order and the new one they had was even more money with the insurance. Please have workers check cars that they are not frozen shut.

I returned the vehicle on Sunday (a day early) and although I received this survey I have yet to receive my receipt for this rental. I called twice with no answer, a message came on in French only (I don’t speak French so don’t know what it said) there was no answering machine. The recording stopped and then hung up. Perhaps some opportunity to improve the service aspect for call in customers?

Not an issue with this location, but with U-Haul overall. I rented a 10’ vehicle for pick up in Winkler, MB. I dropped in a day early to check on the rental only to discover that no rental was available and that I was being rebooked for a 15’ vehicle to be picked up in Winnipeg. I had to then schedule additional time to pick up that rental. As no 10’ rental was now available, I also had to bear the additional costs of the rental (at a slight discount from full price, but still more expensive than my 10’ rental), and the additional gas costs of driving a bigger truck that I did not need across the country. Very unhappy with U-Haul overall

Webicle was hidden behind the building so that was a little confusing at first. Picking up the vehicle through the App was painful. It kept sticking, freezing. I had to start over multiple time. The process took way longer than it needed to.

The vehicle was great. I needed to get pillows to boost myself so I could see over the steering wheel. Side mrrors were very dirty. Would have been helpful and safer if they had been wiped. I had nothing to wipe with. It did the job and pick up location was very convenient.

Greetings! Front desk people at pick up and delivery were fenomenal, great customer service with both individuals, my complaint is not against them, when I picked up the van I intended to rent a truck two days after and the U-Haul system showed available at the porvencher Location, after I left a very rude person on the phone was advising me to pick up the truck at a different location, to which I did not have agreed at the moment, I canceled there after the truck rental and kept the van, no problem, however my drop off time was supposed to be 5pm as per the contract showed, and the location I had to drop the car was closing on Saturday at 3pm… so I had to deliver the car earlier impacting my moving schedule. There is a huge disconnection in between what your agents see online and what the actual people behind desk or business hours are, major inconvenience, my van was gave to me dirty, the mileage reader was off and there was a discrepancy between the mileage shown in the contract compared to the actual mileage on the vehicle. I hope this information helps to better your service please don’t take it as negative criticism, I will rent again with you guys for sure however would like these issues addressed if possible:-)

Have computers turned on and ready before the first customer so not waiting 10 mins just for the computer to turn on.

We were using the rental for wedding deliveries over a weekend in Winnipeg. WE wanted to add two drivers to the authorized driver list through your website and the system never worked. We spent over an hour in the store trying to come up with a solution, but there is no alternate method of doing this, so we were stuck waiting. The store also told us to bring the vehicle back empty of fuel, as it was given to us empty. How can you bring a vehicle back empty? I left the vehicle with approx. $60 dollars of gas in it. The vehicle had two foreign pieces of garbage in the back. This was truly a bad experience where other times we've rented from other locations were very good. Ray Daumler .

The parking lot was not appropriately snow plowed, the vehicle was clean though not equipped with appropriate tires nor snow brush for window. The vehicle was stuck for 45 mins leaving and 45 mins coming back into the parking lot to return it. Also, its rear driver side tire would spin and get stuck on very little snow which required me to go into reverse on major thoroughfares to get unstuck which is a safety risk. The service at the location was very good. They tried to help me get unstuck (a helpful stranger towed out the truck), were apologetic about my experience. In the end I had a friend follow me with shovels to help me get unstuck.
