Not an issue with this location, but with U-Haul overall. I rented a 10’ vehicle for pick up in Winkler, MB. I dropped in a day early to check on the rental only to discover that no rental was available and that I was being rebooked for a 15’ vehicle to be picked up in Winnipeg. I had to then schedule additional time to pick up that rental. As no 10’ rental was now available, I also had to bear the additional costs of the rental (at a slight discount from full price, but still more expensive than my 10’ rental), and the additional gas costs of driving a bigger truck that I did not need across the country. Very unhappy with U-Haul overall

I found the back of the truck all dirty, all my stuff got dirty I have pictures for that
MOHAMMED AWebicle was hidden behind the building so that was a little confusing at first. Picking up the vehicle through the App was painful. It kept sticking, freezing. I had to start over multiple time. The process took way longer than it needed to.
Jason CThe vehicle was great. I needed to get pillows to boost myself so I could see over the steering wheel. Side mrrors were very dirty. Would have been helpful and safer if they had been wiped. I had nothing to wipe with. It did the job and pick up location was very convenient.

Front desk people at pick up and delivery were fenomenal, great customer service with both individuals, my complaint is not against them, when I picked up the van I intended to rent a truck two days after and the U-Haul system showed available at the porvencher Location, after I left a very rude person on the phone was advising me to pick up the truck at a different location, to which I did not have agreed at the moment, I canceled there after the truck rental and kept the van, no problem, however my drop off time was supposed to be 5pm as per the contract showed, and the location I had to drop the car was closing on Saturday at 3pm… so I had to deliver the car earlier impacting my moving schedule. There is a huge disconnection in between what your agents see online and what the actual people behind desk or business hours are, major inconvenience, my van was gave to me dirty, the mileage reader was off and there was a discrepancy between the mileage shown in the contract compared to the actual mileage on the vehicle. I hope this information helps to better your service please don’t take it as negative criticism, I will rent again with you guys for sure however would like these issues addressed if possible:-)
