The original location on Trafalgar and Dundas moved to this new location. When booking I was not aware of exact address hence booked with this location in mind. The reminder also did not include that this is a NEW location for me to look up-which I could not even see a sign for Uhaul when driving. Finding the new location and calling Uhaul delayed my moving 2 hours plus fees for hired help and time. The last person who took my call was the most helpful. He was with your customer service. And the person at your Oakville West location. I used uhaul last June and July 2025 and now in January 2026 the decline in experience should not be that significant. Thank you for the refund. It is appreciated that you heard my concerns.

Transparency about everything. I left the truck after fill up even then I was charged 10 liters @ 1.70 which is nuts. This was my first and will be the last uhaul for sure. The final bill still hasn't been settled after 3 days. Not happy at all
