The website made it seem like a full service U-Haul facility. That’s my misunderstanding. The truck was easy to find, clean, and ready. The lockbox for the keys was easy to use. I was just caught off guard. Worked out fine. Not what I expected, but really no concerns.

When i went to pick up the uhaul they charged me 250 dollars more than what was quoted and tried to blame it on taxes. I know taxes can be alot but I was told the price quoted online had included them.
